A lifelong love of nature

The Wisdom of the Natural World has fascinated me since childhood. I spent my early years outdoors, knee-deep in mud, following Dad around the garden, collecting ‘pretty stones’, climbing trees, or lying in the fields observing tiny creatures go about their business. These experiences, along with music, were my happy places. However, life’s path is never straight, and mine led me from Norfolk to London before bringing me to my spiritual home in Somerset.

A journey into holistic therapies

As a Tax Partner in the City, I sought out holistic therapies to help me manage the 24/7 lifestyle and chronic pain. Reiki significantly improved my physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. In time, I felt called to study Reiki, initially for self-healing, then to support others to improve their own wellbeing.

Now, I have stepped forward as a Reiki Master Teacher, embracing all that entails. I train and mentor students in this Japanese energy healing modality, and I personally offer Reiki therapy sessions.

Moving to the South West

My childhood fascination with ‘pretty stones’ developed into wonder at their beauty and vibrational qualities, which makes them feel like they are ‘singing’ in my hands.

This led me to study their healing and metaphysical properties, which resulted in a Crystal and Gemstone Healing Therapy Diploma (IGCT). Now I co-work with a wide variety of specialist stones to help clients to heal, re-energise and restore balance.

Embracing the power of the natural world

The Wisdom of the Natural World has truly opened my eyes to the exceptional power of Energy Healing. It has been nothing less than transformational for both my own wellbeing and that of my clients.

My love, passion and purpose lie in practising and teaching Energy Healing, working with the body’s own Wisdom and the Wisdom of the Land for the greatest holistic benefit. I hold an Energy Healing Practitioner Diploma (IPHM) and combine Indigenous and Animistic Shamanic techniques, the elemental Seichem and Reiki energies, as well as the vibrational essences of Plant, Bird and Animal Wisdom, chumpi, drum and rattle, etc. I weave this Wisdom into my bespoke Distant and In-Person treatments to suit the individual needs of each client.

I am also a qualified Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) Practitioner (Dip.) which allows me to be out in the natural world with my clients. Sometimes the Mentoring support I offer also takes us outside to understand the healing and guidance Nature is gifting my client on that day.

My Property & Land Energy Clearing service harnesses Energy Healing too, allowing me to bring healing to the land or place, to remove the more difficult energies from your home and land to allow you to live in harmony and peace with your surroundings.

Animal and nature-assisted therapy

I support the Centre for Animal and Nature Assisted Therapy; a CIC founded by Dr Karen Stead-Dexter in 2022.

CANAT is a non-profit organisation which provides therapy to those in need and is advancing this type of natural therapy for mental health and wellbeing.

Held outside in nature, each session creates a sensory experience of deep connection and a heartfelt sense of wellbeing with nature and animals. This can be truly transformative.
