The Wisdom of the natural world has truly opened my eyes to the exceptional power of Energy Healing. Clients have found it to be transformational – whether they choose to see me in person or to book a remote treatment.
I will co-work with your body’s own wisdom, allowing it to show me what is ready to be healed. Working in this way, approaching everything a layer at a time as it shows itself, enables me to help alleviate and/or completely clear anything which is not for your highest good, whether this is heavy energy, underlying physical and emotional trauma, attachments, cords, trapped emotions, chronic pain/unhealthy conditions, etc.
In turn, this enables your body to let go of what it is holding, which no longer serves you, without the need to discuss it in detail and therefore being made to feel you have to relive past trauma and experiences. We will address what shows up from your current life as well as any past life karmic/ancestral patterning.

Energy Healing techniques
My work incorporates Indigenous and Animistic Shamanic techniques, the elemental Seichem and Reiki energies, as well as the vibrational essences of Plant, Bird and Animal Wisdom, chumpi, crystals, drum and rattle, and so on. All drawing on the concept that Nature is the greatest healer.
I weave this combined Wisdom into a bespoke treatment for you, working with your body’s own Wisdom and providing what is needed by you at that time.
What to expect
Due to the nature of these treatments and the issues I will help you to address, Energy Healing takes up to 2 hours per treatment, with our time together being around 75-90 minutes. I start working before you arrive by connecting into your energy remotely.
On arrival, we will have an initial consultation before focusing on the treatment itself, during which you will relax, fully clothed, on the treatment table. Post-treatment, we’ll have a discussion where I will share any important insights. I will also offer guidance on how you might choose to move forward with your personal healing journey.
If you book a Remote session, the pre- and post-treatment consultations will be by telephone. During the treatment itself, you will be able to relax, undisturbed, in the comfort of your own home. There is no difference in the effectiveness of a remote vs in-person treatment. Only what is ready will show itself to be healed. Your body's own wisdom determines the pace at which we work.
